All items sold through the Pietryla PR store—including Jumpstart packages, digital downloads, and consulting sessions—are project-based, limited-scope services distinct from long-term retainers. These offerings are designed to deliver fast, strategic results through clearly defined deliverables.

Jumpstarts & Digital Products

All Jumpstart packages and downloadable toolkits are sold on a final sale basis. Since these are delivered digitally and begin work immediately upon scheduling or download, we do not offer refunds after delivery or access has been granted.

If you feel a product doesn’t align with its stated value or you experience an issue accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to address the concern, which may include clarifying documentation, troubleshooting, or offering an alternate format. Refunds will be considered only in rare circumstances and are not guaranteed.

Consulting Sessions

Scheduled consulting time is reserved specifically for your project. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled or refunded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We treat all consulting relationships with the same collaborative spirit as our retainer clients, but with different terms. Jumpstart sessions and store services are limited in scope, non-renewing, and not designed for ongoing revisions or indefinite access. If your needs evolve, we’re happy to recommend next steps.

Retainer Clients

The policies above do not apply to long-term retainer agreements, which are governed by separate terms outlined in a contract provided at the beginning of service. If you’re unsure whether your engagement qualifies as a Jumpstart or retainer, please reach out for clarification.

In general, our retainer invoices are due each month by the same agreed-upon day, and canceling the contract requires at least 45 days’ notice, or more depending on the scope of services provided.
