Billing & Invoices
These billing and privacy policies were last modified on October 23, 2019.
Our website address is https://www.pietrylapr.com. Read this page fully for all of our billing and privacy policies. We bill time at an hourly rate of $150 and charge $0.50 per word for writing. We use Freshbooks to track time-spent and expenses. Each new client gets a dedicated login page which details real-time activities and charges. Clients receive invoices and we accept credit card payments via WooCommerce.
We can bill you in either United States Dollars (USD) or Great Britain Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Invoices are sent on the 1st of the following month for any time spent and are due immediately unless otherwise specified. Any out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses (travel, press release distributions costs, graphic design, etc.) will be estimated in advance and approved by the client. Expenses are detailed in your Freshbooks account and included on the corresponding monthly invoice unless arrangements have been made to have them billed to you directly.
