Read this page fully for all of our billing and privacy policies. We bill time at a pre-determined hourly rate and use Freshbooks to track time-spent and expenses. Each new client gets a dedicated login page to Freshbooks which details real-time activities and charges. Clients receive invoices and we accept credit card payments via Freshbooks, processed by Braintree.
Invoices are sent on the 1st of the following month for any time spent (Net 15) unless otherwise specified. Any out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses (travel, press release distributions costs, graphic design, etc.) will be estimated in advance and approved by the client. Expenses are detailed in your Freshbooks account and included on the corresponding monthly invoice unless arrangements have been made to have them billed to you directly.
